Project
Construct and Head Start Standards Alignment |
|
| |
This quick-reference table shows the links between the Project
Construct Goals for Early Childhood Students and the Head Start
Path to Positive Child Outcomes, as determined by the Project Construct
National Center. The table is arranged according to the Project
Construct developmental domains (sociomoral, cognitive, representational,
and physical development).
The Head Start Outcomes that are legislatively mandated are indicated
with a star. Please note, however, that since the Project Construct
Goals and the Head Start Outcomes are organized and expressed differently,
particularly at the indicator level, some of the identified correspondences
are general while others are very specific. Educators are encouraged
to view this table in light of their own understandings of the Outcomes
